Held on a secluded platform beside the river on my property, The River Reset is a calming, restorative immersion designed to gently regulate the nervous system and bring you back into balance. Surrounded by native bush, flowing water and fresh mountain air, this session allows the body to slow down and the mind to settle - away from screens, schedule and daily demands. This 90-minute private experience weaves together subtle energy work, guided ritual and sound in a grounded and supportive way. Your session includes: • 15 minutes of Reconnective Healing • A guided herbal tea ritual to centre and soften • Crystal sound bowl immersion to calm the nervous system • Oracle card reflection for gentle insight • A simple intention-setting ceremony at the wishing tree The River Reset is ideal if you are feeling: Overwhelmed or mentally busy - Energetically drained - In transition - Disconnected from yourself - In need of intentional quiet time in nature Available for individuals or two people wishing to share a meaningful reset experience together. Booking, Safety & cancellation Policy: Health and Safety The River Reset takes place outdoors on private rural property beside a natural river setting . Access to the platform involves walking up and down a hill, navigating uneven natural ground. *Participants must be physically able to walk short distances on uneven terrain *Suitable closed-toe footwear is required *Weather-appropriate clothing should be worn *Please advise of any injuries, mobility limitations or relevant health concerns prior to your session Sessions are weather dependent. If conditions are considered unsafe, your booking will be rescheduled at no additional cost. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion.
