The Complete Treatment Plan involves in-depth questioning in consultation looking at ~ the Body Systems, Health and Medical history, Lifestyle, along with some brief examinations to help understand your present symptoms. You will receive: ~A tailor-made treatment plan provided and discussed with you. ~A Homeobotanical Remedy formulated for just for you. ~One - seperate Follow up appointment following the treatment plan which consists of monitoring and adjusting progress. (This will begin 4 weeks after treatment plan is provided, consisting of 30 minutes). Prior to initial consult, a 3 Day food diary and health history must be completed. *Any supplements, Laboratory tests or further Remedies suggested are at clients cost.
